Welcome to Winning Your Wedding Planning (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website, downloading our free checklist, or purchasing our journal, you agree to these terms. Please read them — the short version is that we make a wedding-planning journal, our print partner ships and bills for it, and we want you to be happy with what you receive.
What we sell
Winning Your Wedding Planning: Top Wedding Planning Journal is a printed guided journal. It is a planning tool only — it is not financial, legal, or professional wedding-planning advice, and following it does not guarantee any particular outcome for your event.
Orders, fulfillment & payment
- The journal is printed, sold, and shipped by our print partner, Lulu Press, Inc., through their secure checkout.
- When you click to buy, you are taken to Lulu's store. Your payment, order confirmation, shipping, and delivery are handled entirely by Lulu and are also subject to Lulu's terms and policies.
- We never see or store your payment-card details. Prices and availability shown anywhere on this site may change without notice.
Shipping & delivery
Because each journal is printed on demand, production and shipping times are set by Lulu and vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated timeframes appear at Lulu checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Returns & refunds
- The journal is a print-on-demand product produced individually for each order. Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under Lulu's return policy, since Lulu processes the payment and fulfills the order.
- If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — for example a torn cover, a cracked or broken binding, misprinted or missing pages — contact us at hello@winningyourweddingplanning.com within 30 days with a photo and your order details, and we will help arrange a replacement or refund through Lulu.
- Because the journal is a write-in product, used journals are not returnable. Any sign that the journal has been used — writing, marking, or filling in any of the pages — means it is no longer eligible for return or refund, even if returned within 30 days. A journal that arrives unused with a genuine manufacturing or shipping defect (per the point above) is always covered; ordinary use is not a defect.
- The free checklist and any other digital downloads are provided as-is and are non-refundable (they are free).
The free checklist & downloads
Our free Master Wedding Planning Checklist and any other downloadable content are for your personal use. You may print and use them for your own wedding, but you may not resell, redistribute, or republish them.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — the journal's interior, text, designs, logos, the name “Winning Your Wedding Planning,” and downloadable materials — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
This site and our materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
